It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service. I grew up down the street from the hotel and came back for the first time since childhood and she took me on trips to reaquaint me with my former neighbourhood and Cologne.
