The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time. Foe the price we paid, it was excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and reasonably newly refurbished and they had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.
