  Very nice hotel, recently renovated. We had a big room and enjoyed a lot our staying. The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice.   The location was terrific. Just a stone's throw from the big cathedral. The lower floor of the hotel is a giant restaurant serving some of the best food in town at rock-bottom prices. I got a room facing the inner courtyard, so although the hotel was in the centre of town, it was extremely quiet. Great for sleeping.   The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.
