Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.
