Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Room (junior suite) was impeccable, plain but perfect for price, great large bathroom and extremely pleasant. Room service quick and efficient. Breakfast top quality with huge choice. All staff very efficient quick and kind. Close to supermarket and subway. Excellent breakfast. Clean and tidy roomand bathroom. Quiet, good window insulation. Helpful staff. Very goodhotel all round.

Bad smell in the bedroom in the afternoons. no toothbrush, bath cap etc... in the room. There was only lukewarm water, it wasn't nice taking the shower. hard bed.
