  The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry!   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso. Breakfast is served as a buffet a
