the apartment we had, breakfast and customer services - The hotel was literally only an 8 minute walk to the metro station.Although it was in a secluded area, the neighborhood seemed completelysafe and the staff was very helpful. It was a great value for the money.

Great location, close to Zoologischer Garten railway station (where the airport bus arrives and departs) and moments away from an U-Bahn station. I would highly recommend this Pension-- only a few steps from the U-Bahn, clean room and showers, extensive breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. For the price you would be crazy to stay anywhere else. - The friendly atmosphere the staff were always willing to help. The hostel is located right next to Voltarstrasse u-bhan station (Underground) which was quite handy. But if you are up for a walk then Alexanderplatz is only 25 mins away. Alternatively you can hire a bike from the hostel for only €10 a day (Berlin is very cycle-friendly). Free use of internet (incl PC) in the reception area. All great stuff! - Fr
