  Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... what people say » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. We had a car and therefore could easily reach all tourist locations without any problems. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, though the breakfast area was not very big. - Location w... what people say » as good - about 3 blocks from a major subway stop and with quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge so it was easy to get in and out of the city with our rental car. If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

  The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff.
