It was so central to everything. Very helpful staff. Lots of good restaurants,sightseeing and shopping nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were amazing!!. Location was great; accomodations were clean; breakfast was good;staffwas helpful. The staff was great, very sharp, great knowledge of NY. Very friendly and helpful staff.Staff courtesy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Having tea and coffee available throughout the day was wonderful.The Staff was very friendly, and the room was exactly how we expected. Shower pressure was poor , however this would not put me off returning to this hotel. The emergency door was not looked, people were going in and out to smoke all night long, made alot of noise for us we were right next to it. room size vs cost. The room cost is rediculous in comparrison to the quality of the hotel, rooms, and services.Very small rooms but manageable. No in-room facilities such as pay per view movies or room service which was disappointing. No hotel bar either. Due to the lack of facilities and for what it was I felt it was very expensive, even by New York standards. so poor place to hang cloths..45cm wide cupboard in aroom of 2 beds. Waiting for the lift at breakfast time! we walked down 16 floors - it was quicker!. Long wait for eleveators. Hotel only has 2 elevators and the stairs are only for emergency exit.Room provided was not as per confirmation of booking should have been two bedded and gave one bed. Room far too small. Requested non smoking room but room smelt of smoke and so did sheets. As soon as you stepped out into hallway the corridor smelt of smoke. Experienced noise from adjacent room until 2.30 in morning when complained to reception staff. Breakfast area and breakfast very poor.
