My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was,
especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. The best surprise was the excellent food as the adjacent restaraunt ... what people say » which gave us 20% off ours meals because we stayed - I pre notified the hotel that it was my husbands birthday and so we were given a free room upgrade. I cannot say enough about the staff at Eventi. Even after we arrived (pretty cranky) just before 2 am, they were warm, helpful (room service? OF COURSE!), thoughtful (What brought you to NYC? A birthday- well, then, let's send you a gift of champagne!), knowledgeable (great restaurant recommendations, even for foodies!),and attentive. Little things like their daily wine hour (generous, comfortable, paired with cheese, lively- I think EVERYONE in the hotel was there) were done exceptionally we

It was centrally located and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very confortable and clean, the staff were helpful and polite. The staff is extremely polite, professional, helpful and friendly. They remember you by name.
The rooms are very comfortable for their size, very modern and clean.
The hotel's ambience, while trendy and modern, remains unpretentious and warm - great choice of music. The small size of the overall hotel (55 rooms) allows them to take good care of their guests.
Nice location (SoHo, NoLita, Chinatown). Easy to get around by foot, and to various subway stations.
