Staff, area, price (not all hotels had the price for 2 nights, most hotels that were less expensive wanted a 3 nights and since we could only stay 2 nights, this was perfect). the room was very clean and there was free breakfast every morning and the bathroom was stocked with aveda products. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and it was in the best location.

Wierdly - despite the lack if it - the room was consistently invaded by fruit flies... well maybe the room was a bit small! hotel was cramped in the area but easy access to sourounding areas!. the room was a closet and that was an upgraded room they gave me! continental brekafast coul dinlcude cereal or something esle besdies bagels and danish. room very small but very clean. our room was a little tired but the size was good and the bathroom was larger than i expected. it was quite expensive, but the location i imagine dictates that. not really, room was small, but sufficient.the room size. it was lack of hot water at the shower. The Bar area where we had breakfast was a little too dark. Room size was described as 100 sq ft , but was actually 50 sq ft. Had to be moved to the correct size room the day after arrival.The bar was dark dingy and way too noisy. The hotel had neither a public phone or internet corner. Our room was noisy and too bright with an ill fitting blind. The bar which was also doubled as the breakfast room was too dark and table tops and horrible velour chairs were filthy.
