Staff very courteous and hotel was very convenient to Times Square and train station. Our room was very clean and there were complimentary bottles of water in the room. We only stayed one night but I would stay again. Concierge service also a plus. We checked out too early so we weren't able to use the free breakfast but it was still a good deal for the money. - Lenell
