  We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... what people say » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for?   I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. The beds were comfy and everything was cleaned eve... what people say » ryday.
