We enjoyed the upgrade to room 304. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to dine. The Hotel is conveniently located near Radio City Music Hall. - Carl

The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, with plenty of room to spare. - Anonymous

Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer. We were extremely pleased with the Lombardy Hotel and would definitely stay there again should we venture to New York .Our every need was met by the attentive and friendly staff. This was my 4th visit to new york and by far the best hotel. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival (never happened to us before)that was an understatement! it was an apartment!!! It was home from home, well a little more luxurious than home. Bed was enourmous and extremely comfortable too. - Karen

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was traditional in style and the rooms were beautiful- much better than a 3*. We had a kitchen, walk-in closet, dining table, sofa- it was more like a suite. Highly recommend, would def stay there again and fantastic location - Catherine

I rejected the first two rooms they offered me because they had a backyard view and lots of noise from airconditioning installations ourside -- the receptionists were very understanding and the third room assigned to me was perfect. - Gabriela
