  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.   I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his and hers sinks and a separate room for the shower, bath tub and toilet. It takes 40 minutes to get straight from the O'Hara airport to Wash - This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.

  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night.
