  I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can". The room was outstanding, clean, light, comfortable with a beau... what people say » tiful view. I will recommend staying there to all of my friends and family and I look forward to staying there again in the future. - location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough. wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine? staff was very nice and value for big city hotel in decent location on a BUSY wknd was excellent.

  With out a doubt, the staff work so hard for you that I am continually amazed. No matter the hour (I was a late last minute check in on a busy Sat night after a missed flight). Very friendly, very accommodating. They gave me their charger from behind the front desk. They really understand customer service. The added bonus of having a smoking room where we could leave the window open without giving up our privacy was a major convenience.   We were very pleased with our selection of hotel. When we arrived we had been upgraded from a Queen room to a Suite so were delighted. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus.   We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again.   I found the staff to be very accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and chic. Our room was very comfortable. All in all I was very pleased - Stayed there a number of times, so they upgraded my room; easy checkout. Clients love the bar.
