The name on the reservation much match the photo ID and credit card. Guests with over-sized vehicles will be charged a parking fee per day. Valet parking is an additional fee per day. WARNING: The white zone in front of The Hotel is for passenger drop off only and is limited. Do not leave your car unattended. There is NO PARKING allowed in front of the hotel from 16:00 until 18:00. If you fail to adhere to these parking rules, your automobile may be towed and you will face a fine. The City of San Francisco has very strict parking policies and The Kensington Park Hotel will not be liable for any losses or tickets that is due to negligence. A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, JCB. This hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. No pre-pay credit cards or gift cards will be accepted. Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided. The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. Government issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check-in. If you have made a reservation with an Advanced Purchase Discount, you will NOT be able to cancel or modify this pre-paid non-refundable reservation type. Pet policy: only dogs are allowed, no cats. One dog only, medium size (40 pounds or less) and we do not accept the Pit Bull or Rottweiler breeds, or any dog that appears to be aggressive. The dog must be secured in a kennel or removed from the room when it is being serviced. The room must be serviced daily. If the dog disturbs other guests by barking, the guest will be asked to leave with the dog. No refunds and non-negotiable. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be charged at check in. (The room must be deep cleaned after a pet departs at an additional cost to the property) This fee is non negotiable. A refundable deposit that is charged to the credit card upon check in. After the room is inspected by housekeeping, all or part of the deposit will be refunded based on the status of the room. Guest must sign a written agreement upon check in that states the charges and the house rules. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
