The staff were excellent, particularly Beau who provided fantastic service and excellent recommendations. The rooms were brilliant for our family, very luxurious and lots of space, and the location was spot on. This hotel made for a great stay in San Francisco. -

I'm not sure why this hotel doesn't get better reviews. My
girlfriend and I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The
staff was friendly, the location was great, room was clean and updated.
We stayed in room 404, which I highly recommend. There was a private
full balcony off the room that provided a complete unobstructed view of

and helpful staff. Convenient parking, although daily charge of $25 plus
tax seemed a little high. Good continental breakfast, with fresh fruit,
pastries, and bagels, bread, preserves etc. Great location for walking
to Fishermans Wharf etc, or the great value bus into the city.

This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites.

This is an outstanding hotel. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.
