The staff were excellent, particularly Beau who provided fantastic service and excellent recommendations. The rooms were brilliant for our family, very luxurious and lots of space, and the location was spot on. This hotel made for a great stay in San Francisco. Absolutely everything!! Wonderful place, wonderful staff who see to your every need. Also, the house car (with car seats available) was a huge bonus! Excellent location.
