The atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. Loved the decor, staff was very friendly and helpful. visit SF. The hotel was clean and safe. It was easy to find and close to my event destination (in the Presidio). I had a very short stay and did not interact closely with the staff. My limited (maybe 3 staff members) interactions were all positive. I hope this is reflective of all the staff.
all reviews » Great location, newly renovated rooms, plasma TV. all enployees r friendly especially valet parker. very central location. The location was great, as was the large number of cable channels. We were in a bottom room and were therefore able to log on to the wireless in the lobby for free. The hotel otherwise does not provide free wireless which i think given its price it should. Its location was fabulous for the tourist attractions because we could walk to them. The public car park across the road for cheaper car parking rates, and free parking outside hotel overnight.very helpful staff and good size rooms with a modern and fresh atmosphere. The wifi in the lobby was helpful too. The location of the hotel is perfect.Close to the Wharf. Great location. very quiet, very clean, very organized, good location, big space, confortable facilities.. large rooms, good location, swimming pool. Location of hotel was excellent. Location is excellent. The onsite parking was really high - I think $43 per night. I parked across the street for $30 - still high, but at least a little less. Considering how noisy the streets can be (my room on 4th floor looked over city bus lot) I would expect better insulation or windows. I could still hear quite a bit of street noise. Also, the in room heater was really noisy and made it difficult to sleep. They not only charge $43 per day for parking, which you are not told about, but add $6 to that as a tax on parking. They do the same thing with internet, ($15 plus another $1)which is free acrosss the street at the Raddisson.valet parking cost 43 dollars pet night is too much. great hotel.. very nice and clean rooms. The bar closed early and there wasn't a bottle opener in the room. The very noisy aircon in our room and that the wifi in the rooms was charged at $14.95 per day whilst it was free in the lobby even to casual users. Not logical. The price of the breakfast was abusive and there was not enough room for the guests in the breakfast room. Cost of parking. internet fee is too high. Our room was very noisy. It was located near a parking and washing place of buses. Breakfast is too expensive for a family with two children.Internet access should be included in price. No-one explained to us that internet was free in lobby and we paid$14.95 for 24hrs just to use airline access and after finding outabout this explained to hotel staff and was told that we could not geta refund!!. Overpriced - even had to ask housekeeping for bath robe and shower cap. Not too keen on the decor. additional expense for internet and use of parking, no additional roll out beds available. dogs allowed in rooms and they say the room had not been used by dogs.
