The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai

1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms!
2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable.
3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail

Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel
