The hotel was top notch, the service was impeccable, and the facilities were top of the line. I'm a picky traveller and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I think that everything is fun and unique, and I do not add any new. Everything!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was amazing and it was a warm and inviting environment. I didn't leave the resort for the whole 3 days! I didn't need to. It had everything!.

The hotel is in an excellent location for those looking for a beach/ waterfront holiday. The free access to the wild wadi water park is an excellent addition and we utilised it to the full. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and the facilities are excellent. Plenty to do without ever having to leave the complex.The location next to the water. We can use the boat to go to Souk whichis very nice at night. Rooms are big with balcony. Beautiful furnituretraditional. The rooms have excellent views, are well-furnished, clean and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and pleasant. It is a beautifull hotel with a fantastic gym, the best I know. Al Abaara ... the small boat which we can make tour around Madeenat Jumaira with it ... and Kids Club. views and ;ocatio. My room was cleaned up 14:00 hrs. Room Service came when I waschecking out.Upon arrival, they wanted to charge me more than I had been quoted on my initial booking so I had to pay to go on the internet and prove the amount arranged with booking.com. I also had to wait a long time before my luggage was delivered to the room, calling them once and eventually going down to fetch it myself. The prices for everything are high. There is little choice other than to pay as you would need to travel some distance to find other venues (restaurants or bars).There was only one resturant inside the hotel. The restaurants are very expensive, especially for breakfast, as this was not included in our rate. The staff in the restaurant could more friendly. the glass in our food!!! Staff didnt know certain restaurants were closed.hotel could not source the booking on arrival, we had to return home for booking confirmation details, hotel staff did notcontact us when room was ready, we went back to reception at 5pm to let them know. When we arraived at 2 pm , room with king bed was not ready,,, they gave as a double bed room ,, with out asking as if we want this room or not.. then we told them we want to change the room ,,, we had our king bed room at 6 pm ,,, which is not fair ! but we recieved a pologize from the manager. layout of the furniture and facilities in the room. i waite around one hour to get my room beacuse of the Reservatin. no. and i show the staff the confirmation which sent to my e-mail but still was not enough becouse my name in not in the hotel guest. The break fast and airport pick/drop was included in room charges.
