I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great gym too. Everything from when we arrived at the airport with transportation to the hotel, to the housekeeping, and the staff were awesome. Everyone was very pleasant, and helpful. We will return in the future on our next trip to Dubai, and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The resort room wasn't what I excpected for 5 star hotel if I want to come agine in the future I will choose the tower room and there was tow times bills for things that I did not order or I did payed for it already from the reception but we solve it. The visa arrangement was poor and in arraving to Dubai there was no pick up service. Also I filled in a lot of "papers" and there was no need for them.there is no disco. room sirvic about make order for eny kind of food. I was charged 450 AED { around £ 90.00} for two guests that spent 2 hours on the beach !. we were upgraded at checkin to a see view room - however the room was on corner of building, right next to building site and was noisy, plus housekeeping walked into our room twice while we were trying to sleep wanting to make up our room, despite us not setting the make up room sign,. We were offered turn-down service after 11:00 p.m. on our first night, which I believe to have been quite late. The reception staff need to be a bit more friendly.Work going on on the beach and around the hotel. - No Mark to show where Al Qebla for praying, if i order a food they send me a nother kind of the order., they not allow me to park my car at the parking, i have to park my car out side the hotel as they inform me.The employees are so un friendly and they have very ugly attitude. Check-in was somewhat haphazard and inefficient, and the rooms were not immediately available, although we arrived one hour after the published availability time.The room rate was suitably discounted, but prices in the hotel were still too high in my view (eg AED 28 for cup of tea). we booked with newyears evening a expensive table on the 25 floor and payed topmoney for to have a party the hotel let us pay upfront and told that the evening were full booked with quest when the party started there were no DJ and also the firework in dubai is canceld because situation in the gaza .The hotel new that every thing were canceld but didn't give us the oppurtunity to cancel. the smell of the food once you enter the hotel reciption. the room decor is out dated especialy compared to the bathroom style which is good. the water was always coming out of the shower area and always needs to be cleaned. the sealing is not good. the bed is a bit soft for my back and i couldnt have a good sleep.

From Dubai International Airport follow the signs for Abu Dhabi / Jebel Ali, take exit 4 on Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs for Dubai Marina. As you cross the bridge over the entrance to Dubai Marina you will pick up directional signs for Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa (25 to 30 minutes' drive). The Habtoor Grand Hotel can arrange to have you met at the airport and also arrange a limousine transfer for you to the hotel and for the return flight. Alternatively, licensed, metered taxis are readily available at the airport.

The airport is approximately 30 kilometres from the Habtoor Grand Hotel; drive time is 25 to 30 minutes.
