We arrived at the Anantara in the evening and were promptly checked in
and shown our room. It took a few minutes for us honeymooners to realise
we had been given twin beds much to our dismay, guest services offered
to move us to another room but we had to wait a couple of hours for it
to be available, not a great start.... My concerns immediately

Big hotel but you don/t sence that, the setup of the buildings (3 wings) and gardens give it a hidden, cozy atmosphere.
Breakfast is amaaaaazing!
Free shuttle boat to Central pier every half hour. From late afternoon also stop at Asiatique (great shopping and dining) on the other side of the river).
Good gym with group classes like step/yoga/stretching.

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink -

the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction. We payed for the club level and were a little disappointed with the view from the room.

- Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk)
- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city
- 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking
- Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills
- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating
- Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities
- Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed

The staff has clearly been trained and motivated to be as welcoming as possible, and it showed. They were friendly, efficient and unfailingly helpful.
The room was large, modern, clean and everything worked well.
The Terminal 21 shopping mall beneath the hotel had plenty of stores and a food court.
As everyone knows, traffic on Sukumvit Road can be a nightmare, but this hotel's location is fabulous for getting ground Bangkok without sitting in traffic -- it is at the junction of the Skytrain
