The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. all reviews » Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants. Location is excellent, being within walking distance to many major shops and also very close to the Sky Train terminal. Staff are very accommodating (e.g. very early check-in plus a late check-out) and friendly. The room was large with every comfort available; even a washing machine in the room. Excellent service at every level from the boys at the door to the reception and breakfast waiters. Always very keen to help and smile always. The hotel is very centrally located. Wifi coverage seems to be getting worse in this hotel. Starting to feel a little run down in places. My shower made annoying noises and couldn't get the hot/cold mix. They seem to be cutting back on things. E.g. breakfast they've changed the glasses to really small ones for juices rather than the large ones they use to have. Felt disappointed this trip. Only one slight minus was the beverage station at breakfast We seemed to wait ages for tea and coffee dispite being asked what we wanted as we were seated. Strangley pots of coffee were served but tea came in a cup so had to keep asking for more. A teapot would have been much better. It would be more perfect if more choices for breakfast. However the food quality is already high. Nothing. Poor internet connection... separate taps for hot and cold water in the shower and wash basing. The wifi connection was erratic and weak. It needs to be enhanced. wxyz. By providing washer/dryer in the room is a good idea, however, its really very noisy when functioning. And one more thing, when hotel provides a washing machine, hotel should be able to keep it clean. But for our dryer, its dirty inside out, the tray where you put softener are entirely black. Hope hansar will take note that.
