  My new favourite hotel in Bangkok. Great location, fantastic breakfast buffet, cool pool and great rooms. I have stayed in various hotels in BK but this is my new favourite. Location is right next to Skytrain station but you can walk to the main shopping area around Siam Paragon, Bumungrad hospital or Sukhumvit road. Very good Japanese themed rooms and it also has one of those special Japanese toilets if you want to try one - What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful. I will highly recommed this hotel to anyone traveling to bangkok.

  This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff. The pool is huge and not to deep so... what people say » ideal for the kids, There is a walkway to the Paragon department store this is only 40 meters away from the hotel, here you find everything you want - > possibly the best hotel i have ever stayed in > excellent modern design both in the room and public areas > great courtyard with pools and greenery > ability to open windows and get fresh air (hate those modern sealed towers) > excellent food > adjacent to a great mall > very close to the airport express station (5 min drive)

  As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok, Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train. Italian restaurant at ground floor looks great but did not get a change to eat hopefully next time.. Met gm, F&B Manager and Italian Chef and... what people say » they all seems to be hands on types and very friendly and chatty. Will certainly go back and recommend friends.. - The butler service; they were at your door taking care of your needs. And the best of all is The Chief Butler he is an amazing person he did everything he could to ensure we get what we need at the right time. He is a true representative of the St. Regis. and Thai hospitality. Thank you so much

  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops.
