We stayed in a Superior Double which was large and nicely decorated with modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient. The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road. Hotel facilities were excellent with a superb gym that was available to the general public however, free of charge for hotel guests. The pool area was large with plenty of sunbaking space however, it does get busy around 4pm.

I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK! The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing. I was impressed by the bellhop team of Pathumwan Pricess Hotel, they're amazing! I have travelled alot in many 5star hotels in Asia, but they dont have any funny, friendly and supportive like this hotel. I had a fever when i came to Thailand, and some of the bellhops bought me the aspirin because i can't speak Thai. Each time I waited for a cap, although I felt very tired of fever, bellhops always made me laugh of their story about the city. They are definitely enthusiastic! Next time come back. Great location for shopping - in the same building as MBK shopping centre, and a short walk from the National Stadium BTS station, or Siam BTS station. Staff were helpful, facilities were good. The pool is nice and big, but a little plain - good for a quick dip to cool off from the heat, or to swim laps if you're wanting to exercise, not as good for children - although that is a minor criticism. What I loved about this hotel was its location as we are young family it was ideal to stay here as all the shopping centres are within a five minute walk of each other and you able to do your shopping in comfort with air conditioning the staff at the hotel are very helpful we absolutely love this hotel and are always going to stay here when visiting Bangkok. Hotel is new, modern, centrally locared and connected to a large mall. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. My double superior room was huge, very clean and luxurious. First class gym and swimming pool. Great hotel restaurant and bar. As a frequent traveller, I can't fault this hotel for either business, family or leisure. The location was excellent as we only had 2 nights and 3 days and were close to all the shopping. The room decor and cleanlinss was great too. The variety of food at the hotel was great so we ate somewhere different every night without having to find something outside. AS mentioned in the tick boxes above. Evferything about the hotel was excellent. Check-out time should have been 12 noon. When we arrived they asked us what time we would leaving for our flight to airport. When I said 3 PM they said we could have our room until then. Location is absolutely top. Celowe to shopping centers and Siam Center- which personally I take as a reatail, vm piece of art. The pool and gym very comfortable, rooms are big but a bit old fashioned. Personnel very friendly helping you get everything you want. The best thing about the hotel is the service they are very attentive and do their best give you a great experience.They checked us in when we arrived at 10 am to drop off luggage instead of making us wait till our check in time of 2pm that's rare for a hotel. Bit smelly rooms, service at reception and small incident on our way home when hotel guy stopped the taxi cos supposingly we didn't pay for our room on check out. Had to show him the bill but I will not judge hotel on this amateur accident. Simply have to figure out system so when we down stairs we don't have to prove we are escaping. We ordred limo p/up service the car was really very old. For the price we were charged /2200 thb/ we could have something better. So on the way back we used a taxi /400 thb/. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. That hotel facilties eg drinks by the pool etc were so expensive in relation to similar in Bangkok. Pool itself great!. The iron and ironing board were not readily available in the room and had to be requested. However, the items were delivered not long after requested. Nothing!. WiFi connection poor in the room. Breakfast is a bit pricey if you don't have it included in the price. Room rate was high...it should have included the breakfast atleast. Too much regulation and rules at the pool. The opening hours are not convenient as the pool close at 7 pm. The services, food and beverage are very poor at the pool. Bathroom looked a bit aged and had mould at a few spots. Promised fruit and a drink on arrival to our room but we had to ask for it. Some fruit was well over it's eating time!. the staf didnt allow me for a late checkout. nil. Nothing to dislike. Breakfast needs to be improved... Pool floor a bit old Very Expensive Italian Restuataunt. your seafood buffet at the coffee house is overprice and the seafood offerred were very little. YOu dont offer service water. Your beer prices at your lobby lounge are so high!!! should reduce your drink prices.
