  WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LOST PASSPORT. IF IT WASNT FOR THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WE WOULD NEVER HAD FOUND IT. THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT!!! - very comfortable and clean nice staff
