nice quiet place, near to the railway station and to the city centre too, recommended for the people spending days at Fibes and nights in the city. The location. The breakfast. The decor of the room. Breakfasts. Everything.the staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff, who tried really hard to find good restaurants for us, and their english was superb. I stay in Spain approx. five or six times a year in various locations, and this has to be one of the best for location,price and service, although it may not be as cheap in the summer season, but then neither would other hotels in the area.

I had to ask for york ham that was a little better. moreover i had to ask for a teapot otherwise you had only a little cup in which to put hot water and a tea bag. the mini bar in the room was not perfeclty clean and I didn't use it.The a/c did not work- the room was constantly hot, despite havingreported it to the front desk. We had no option but to open the windowsduring the rainy, wet winter- the result was a constant barrage ofmosquito's 3 nights in a row. Very nasty. No mini bar and no kettle.Poor for a four star hotel we thought. Health and Safety was an issue. Smell and smoke was detected at 6:00am I rang the reception for them to inform me there was cleaning in the kitchen that resulted in a fire. The only issue was the smoke detectors didn't go off. Additionally myself and girlfriend got rashes as a result of the detergent used and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the room.Complaint email was sent to hotel, no response.
