the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Reception staff were all fluent in englissh and very helpful re sights, where to eat etc. would definately stay again. Cant believe how cheap this was for such a nice hotel. Everything! We were there over Christmas. They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!.
all reviews » The hotel is very modern with excellent facilities and located about 10 mins walk from the centre of Seville. The hotel is easy to find and has a good car park. The hotel seems to be aimed more towards business travellers, though the staff made us feel very welcome as tourists. Very nice,modern hotel. Very friendly english speaking stuff. The spa is not staffed towards the end of the day (at least), and not well-serviced: towels were not available, and I had to wait an hour for the jacuzzi to be switched on. Nor are there proper changing facilities! (These were relatively minor glitches, however. I recommend this hotel.). The Hotel has a car Parking nearby. Why do not use that park with a special daily charge (5-10 €) to the costumers? We did not have slippers on the room!!!!. The gym. The food in the Restaurant was the worst in taste and price. Continental buffet breakfast is expensive, but it is possible to take a good breakfast at the hotel cafeteria for less money. Air conditioning did not work, had to move rooms after two days when hotel could not resolve temperature problem. Sauna and Jacuzzi looked dirty as well as the surrounding area.The air conditionning wasn't working in the Hotel, and it was really hotbecause of the global heating. We had to complain many times beforesomething was done. The invoice was wrong regarding mini bar, we had tocheck this. Rooms were much too hot, with no way of cooling them. The ac was eithernot on or blew out hot air. Without in on, it was still way too hot tobe able to sleep properly.around 15 mins walk to Santa Cruz, a bit far for a summer day. one night we came back ard 3am, found all the doors of the hotel is closed and locked. It's very loud at the front - the windows aren't double glazed - we were on the 12th floor I think - and we could still hear people talking in the street below. And you can't open the windows either which wasn't ideal as a smoker had been in there before.
