  This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing. Most important was the hospitality of Cristina.she was awesome! If we get to Seville again, we would stay there again!! - Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening. The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

  The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle... what people say » s in Puerta del Sol, a bit of a longer walk, but worthwhile for the value. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!

  We loved staying in Seville, especially in such a beautifully maintained apartment in a lovely block, situated in the heart of the old town. Mayte was a very helpful and generous host. Our stay was short and we would love to stay longer next time and would be very happy to stay in the same apartment. - The apartment is fully equipped with everyth... what people say » ing you need. The upstairs terrace is very enjoyable and so the upstairs bedroom which is quieter. The owner Maite is a lovely and cooperative person and gave us precious tips and support when needed. I would definitely return to this apartment hotel.

We stayed in two suites on two different occasions and both were extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

  Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends. They were always attentive and helpful, when we had questions or requests.   The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The staff at the reception (which is not 24 hours) spoke excellent English and communication was easy. The man at the reception who registered us was really helpful and kind. We were travelling with our touring bicycles – the man helped... what people say » us with the luggage and the bicycles to get them into the room (there is a lift which is great!). There was no problem to keep the bicycles in the ap - The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
