The staff were charming and helpful, the lobby was lovely and the rooms were impeccably clean - they are exactly as they appear in the website images. Finally, the location was perfect - right in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. One for the young and old! - Anonymous
