Please note that from November to February, check-in times are as follows: - from 09:00 to 15:00 (weekdays) - from 10:00 to 14:00 (weekend and public holidays) Guests arriving outside of reception opening times are kindly requested to inform the hotel at least 5 days in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Please note, guests arriving outside reception times must collect keys at Calle Almirante Ulloa, Nº1, located 300 metres away. A cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
