  Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. Tea & Coffee making facilities were provided along with bathrobes & slippers. The best thing is 'Free WiFi'. Candy and chocolates were kept - We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. During this time we changed 3 rooms.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the city. we used the spa and sauna which was very nice. - The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they recommended a place to eat nearby and we found it to be excellent.
