  It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at!   Location was amazing. Starbucks across the street, shops, restaurants and Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas within walking distance. Equally close to the metro and sightseeing tour buses. Coming into the airport, I was able to get on the inexpensive Aerobus and get dropped off at Pl. Catalunya which made it even better when carrying my luggage. The wifi worke - This was my first time in a hostel & it was a good experience. Location was the best. Placa Catalunya is a good starting point to see the whole of Barcelona, links to the whole city from there. Next to La Rambla, supermarkets & several high st shops. Rooms were spacious, loved the plug socket, nightlight & privacy curtain. To save money I bought food from local supermarket & used the hostels kitchen facilities. Very useful under bed lockers, my belongings were always safe there.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean , as is the whole hotel.
