Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

We loved this hotel! Fair price, spacious and soundproof room, good
beds. At arrival we received a city and tube map, brilliant. We did not
use the tube, walking in the city was great and it was not to far to the
city centre. On the weekend (till 7am sharp! On monday) you can even
park on the street, which is great. In the week it is better to take the
parking from the hotel (ca 18eur/day) We will come back!

This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable.

The location is great. It's close to the city centre and bus stops are within 5 minutes of walk.Metro station (Diagonal) is within 15 minutes of walk. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap.
Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.

As has been mentioned elsewhere this is much better than a two star hotel. Though a bit away from the centre, it is easy to get to by public transport - just 5-10 mins on bus nos 16 or 17. Staff were very helpful. It is certainly a quirky hotel with regard to its entrance and decor. The all day buffet is excellent and includes hot and cold snacks/meals aswell as wine, beer and soft drinks included in the room price. Friendly, courteous staff. Nice room, felt like being at home. - We stayed there in March 2008. 2 quite big rooms. The images on site are much worser then the hotel is in reality. A lot of cafes are in the nearby. 20 minutes by walk from the centre, 3 minutes from FGC station (Pl. Molina, St. Gervasi).
