rooftop terrace and pool were great to have as a home base!. I thought the location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a bit small but really nice especially when you first arrive and want to relax. The staff were great they couldn't do enough for you.A beautiful hotel in a nice area surrounded by good restaurants. One of the best 3 star hotels in Spain. Staff were very friendly and helpful. general look and feel of teh hotel and rooms is very good.

Shower in room 319 splashed water all over teh place and damaged my mobile phone temporarily ( why cant bath area be fully enclosed with a door to prevent water going on floor and everywhere else?) . Room was a bit small, though comfortable.There was a bad smell of drains in the room, if I had been staying any longer i would of asked to be moved as this was very off putting. I would not go back there because of this. Billing problem. Just returned home and checked credit card bill - theybilled me erroneously for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Should have been only 1room for 2 nights (our friends paid for their own room with their owncredit card). Can you help us straighten this out?. The bar shut at 11pm. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. staff did not provide any information untill they were asked. lack of coffee making facilities. a complimentary bottle of water would have been appreciated. Couldnt process my credit card when checking out. services - closed during our stay- pool closed steam - sauna room closed. the room didn't have a natural light,No window to the street . the temperature in the room...it was too cold!!!!we were in Dicember. booked double got twin room, "gym" not a gym (1 cycle, 1 stepper!!), free wifi didn't work in room. Room had terrible smell. Checked 3 rooms and all were same, Room definitely need renovation and new plumbing..
