Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

It's really a home away from home. We immediately settled in and found the location very ideal as everything we need for a week's stay is just round the corner. Easy connection on the Metro is about 8mins walk(safe to travel at night as the neighbourhood is well-lit). Немного вдали от центра, но для нас это было не проблемой. Тем, кто любит много гулять, вам сюда. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель.

u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.
Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of
supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this
apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for.

The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!
