Check-in is done at the offices located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
Check-out: the maximum time for check-out is 11:00. On leaving the apartment, you should leave the keys in our office located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.
Cleaning takes place once a week for reservations of more than 7 nights. Extra cleaning services can be requested for a supplement of EUR 30.
Please note there is a surcharge of EUR 1.50 per day for use of the safety deposit box.
Please note hen and stag parties cannot be accommodated in this complex.
