  The staff there were extremely helpful, at arrival they gave us maps of Barcelona and a lot of tips of places to see, including many places not well known as tourist sites but turned out to be amazing! the Hostal was really clean and the room was cleaned everyday along with new towels. It is just a 5-6 minute walk from the Universitat station whic... what people say » h was very convinient. there is a small supermarket right near the entrance that stays open till nightfall. inside the lobby there is a vending machin - I wish I could give bonus points on this review for the staff! The staff were exceptional!! We travel a lot and I have never had such helpful friendly staff. The room we stayed in was small but the way they have designed the rooms they have been able to maximize the space and was very comfortable. The rooms are new and a beautiful modern design, comfortable beds, nice shower and great a/c! Everything about this place was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone!

The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

  Owner was extremely helpful in giving us keys despite delays to our flight. Excellent central location with metro acess only 5 minutes away.   Great location for airport bus and it is easy to access city center. Very clean and enough room for comfort. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
