  Friendly staff, nice location, liked the way they gave us a guide bookof the city which we found very good, modern hotel - Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel in a nice and quite area and very close the Metro. Will book America Barcelona on the next trip.

  The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

We arrived early (8:30 am), Vinnie and Kristina at the front desk stored our luggage in a secure locked area, leaving us free to explore the sights until check-in. Upon check-in, we were greeted with glasses of sparkling cava. Vinnie and Kristina represent the hotel most excellently.   Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions for touring Barcelona. They let me set-up my tripod to take photos of the harbor and surrounding area which was great. They made a special breakfast for me very early in the morning when I had to catch a train which was very considerate.
