  Excellent price for what you get, nice room, clean, staff friendly, beds huge and comfortable. Ask for a room with a balcony and high up as views are nice. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.   Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! Opposite the Music School in fabulous old building. Orlando himself was extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledge and helpful. Nothing was too much troubl... what people say » e. No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  Everything. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. The staff were very helpful in giving information about the city. we used the spa and sauna which was very nice. - The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they recommended a place to eat nearby and we found it to be excellent.

  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were really nice and there was loads of room for 8 people. - excellent, near everything ,good to chill out after along day site seeing ,good eateries nearby and bars ,metro on corner good location

Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
