  A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

  This was my second stay at the hotel this year and the hotel provides everything I need. Good price compared to UK travelodges, Good Location, Good Transport links, clean rooms, which are good size even for 3 adults sharing, the breakfast was good and the bar menu was also good for snacks. We arrived at the hotel very early and had the option to either have the room early - Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location.   Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast.   The hotel was very comtempary! Loved it! Location was a little far away from anywhere but excellent metro service. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost! The last night was at the Silken Hotel and they gave us a up... what people say » graded room for the problems. Can't fault them! - Location to the Metro was nice and easy to find with a landmark (egg building) right next it. Room was very spacious, room for luggage too! The front desk folks were extremely nice and spoke many languages. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

  As we stayed for 3 nights we got upgraded to Junior Suite. They also had a breakfast offer of just 10euro each for contintental/cooked breakfast. Very good value. LIDL was but a 10 minute walk away, and the beach about 20 mins - The hotel was excellent. It was very modern and tastefully decorated. I would definately stay here again
