The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the beach and the metro. The stop of Bus Turistic is just on the next street. There are many small food shops not far from the hotel. The view from the windows is great (even if you live on the 3rd floor). The stuff was great! Very helpful! Would like to stay in this hotel next time!. It`s a very new hotel, close to the metro station (400m/0.25 Mile) and the beach, in a very quiet place of the city. It has a very confortable and spacious room for a fair price - about e$ 85,00/night in the low season for a reservation with 2/3 months in advance.
all reviews » Great hotel, we had a double/twin room which was very nice, very spacious. the hotel was within walking distance of the metro which made getting into the city centre very easy (within approx 10 mins). Great for a mix of beach and city holiday. loved everything about the hotel. clean and modern rooms. great value. near the olympic port and gorgeous beach. close to restaurants. friendly staff. everything was great, we decided to stay another 2 nights. The hotel looks excellent, it has nicely designed rooms, is very clean , the staff is very friendly and helpful, the internet is free and works fine, the beds are very confortable. I recommend booking here. Quiet location + still easy to get into the centre - near transport links + the beach. Rooms basic but comfortable + all very clean. Breakfast was good variety + quality. Windows can open. The hotel is well accesable by car you don't have to go through the busy town The city centre is a 45 min walk but you could look into the bus-option you get from the hotel It gives you a good idea of the sites in town and it's a nice ride (give your feet a bit of a rest) And you can hop on and hop off Personnel at reception are friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel position great if you want to spend a lot of time at beach but surrounding area a bit rundown. I think the standards rooms should have a frigobar/small fridge in the room, even though in the superior ones they are included. The staff never answered my e-mail about storing some packages I would buy from the internet. rooms a little noisy from other guests coming home at night as they are close together. but hardly a problem. Breakfast room was very stuffy + hot + overcrowded! Showers were VERY slippery, no bath mats provided nor any handles to hold on - very dangerous. Heating in the rooms was impossible to know how to work + very hit + miss. We paid for breakfast in the hotel which we got for 9 euros each for booking when we arrived (normally 15) we didn't think much of it and there was not a great deal of selection for the price. No refrigerator/minibar in room. You can get ice from gas station across the street under 2€/2Kg. Sound proofing poor in windows. the sofa bed was uncomfortable. the shower needed a curtain because the water got all over the floor. Minibar on the floor corridor with drinks for an extra charge and not always available. There is no refrigerator in the standard room. The scale for baggage was not free - 1 Eur for each time. They took 10 Eur deposit to take towel for the beach. breakfast. The graveyard next to the hotel. Limited facilities nearby (except the beach, the metro and McDonalds). Noisy at night due to poorly-fitting windows; street cleaning and rubbish vehicles in the early hours. some of the reception staff seemed a bit put out to deal with customers at times. Located a fair way from the city centre, however only up the road from metro which is easy to use. A bit far from the city center but only 400 meters to the nearest Metro station. Basic room setting , in particular doorless wardrobe, open shower cabin with water spraying out Area not always nicely built or kept. A little impersonal, more of a business destination. Booked a double room to share with my mate. The Twin beds could be pushed apart to have more room, more or less stuck together. A pool would be nice to swim in. Air con was not working as good as it should have & cuts out when you leave the room. The bar seating area was a bit small but mostly, the large TV in that area constantly on the music channel was a most unwelcome distraction from which you could not escape. Lobby is a bit 'monastic' -- they could do with livening the place up a bit. Very minimal continental breakfast. - fresh pastries for breakfast and a true espresso would be appropriate. It's rather expensive I think so... Really disappointed with the meal we had in the 'restaurant' though the waiter was excellent. As a Wheelchair (2nd. stay in hotel, same problem) user I asked for a higher bed only to be told they did not have one, nor did they have a spare mattress. Breakfast food choice, overall food very disappointing, hotel is overpriced as breakfast should be included for price. The breakfast could have had more wholegrain products and fresh vegetables. No tea & coffee making facilities. Surrounding outside the hotel was not nice, gas station next to it. A bit out of the city centre but Metro and beach are close by. we only had room service, but quality of food was average. there İS no MİNİbar İN the room. Bit out of the centre and the area. The breakfastroom is a bit too small it can be quite busy. Everything really gets replenished plenty, so thats okay But the personnel in the breakfast room do everything (cleaning the placemats the tables and the chairs!!/taking hold of the dishes where the food is presented on, etc etc) with the same blue piece of cloth Not exactly hygienic if you ask me. Restaurant food awful, had pasta- big mistake- it was stuck together as though reheated in microwave , couldn't finish it.
