  We stayed here for 5 nights over the Easter weekend, in room 4. This is a large apartment, converted into a hostel. There are 7 rooms, a well supplied kitchen and 2 or 3 bathrooms. We got towels on arrival, and the wifi works well. The place is run by a very friendly Spanish lady, who lives on site and who helped us out with some food the first da... what people say » y, and directions to the airport very early in the morning (before 6 am the metro does not run, but there are night buses leaving from Plaza de Cibele - Great location walking distance to attractions, metro and tourist info office. Friendly staff (wish we could have spoken more, but our Spanish is limited and their English is limited). Clean rooms, bath and kitchen facilities.

  It was my second time and I loved it. 1.location,location. Location! Literally 2 minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol ( the very center of town) with a night shop next door and plenty of shops, restaurant and eateries 2. Mrs. Luz , the owner is always sweet and accommodating.3. CLEAN. Our room and the bathroom have been recently refurbished. 4. QUI... what people say » ET. There were hardly any noise. Surprising given its location. 5. For the seniors there is also a LIFT.All in all it is a great value for money. I w - The location next to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor is excellent, walking distance to the Prado and the main sights. We were received very cordially by the charming and very friendly Luz, in her clean and comfortable hostal. Lots of eating options nearby. We didn't have a good experience at the nearby Museo del Jamon, but that was just our bad choice for breakfast.

  Everything! The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ioana:) She hepled me a lot. I even got a gift from the hotel! So sweet! The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. Rooms are not big but very comfortable, I got a balcony with my room. I had a really great time in Madrid. - It was an amazing hostel. The centric location, it is connected to all public transportations. The best thing is all the beautiful spots can be visited by walking. All my basic needs were catered. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The staffs are willing to extend there help. I really appreciate the kindness and the excellent service you have extended guys! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family member. Hope to see you next year!
