A group of 13 of us stayed and we were thrilled with the price, value, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff could not be nicer to us and were extremely helpful to one of our group who lost her purse. It was a basic hostel good for staying a couple of nights. It's not a luxury accomodation, but it's clean and the owners are very nice. I found the free Wi-Fi connection much better than in expensive hotels where I stayed before. -

1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

We spent 6 fantastic days at the B&C BCN, our room had private toilet (we loved the shower with hydromassage and radio!)and was spacious, nice in every single detail, clean and very well kept.

This place is amazing. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. Also extremely convenient that La Isla Hostal is a couple of blocks from Estacio Nord (bus station) and Estacio de França (railway station). Friendly and helpful stuff. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.
