We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted
ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving
us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The
breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee
most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given
there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every
morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the

We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. Rosie, the lady who welcomed us and served our breakfast was very sweet, friendly and helpful. She couldn't speak English but used a translate app on her tablet which worked excellently well.

Hotel is simply great! Breakfast is great! Room spacious and clean. Location, shops/ restaurants and even Carrefour by walking distance. My Hubby was like Uh-oh, too convenience for a shoppng spree! U r actually at the Ramblas! Station is just a min's walk. Will come back and definitely stay here again! Appreciate that the hotel staff even informed
