  The building was beautiful. It felt very nice staying in a building that is not just a flashy, touristy hotel or hostel. The privacy was fantastic.   Location was excellent in a quiet residential area of the City yet only a few minutes from the Ramblas, Placa Catalunya, la Sagrada, La Pedrera and the upmarket shops along Ave Diagonal. Good value for money B&B with excellent staff to assist with booking. The daily breakfast was good value. The Filipino chap on reception went out of his way to assist us, especially on the last morning when - I liked the location, only a couple of blocks from Las Ramblas Catalunia, in walking distance to the Gaudi homes he built, walking distance to the Plaza Catalunia, the shopping district, restaurants all around this location, and the cute little street we were on. Could sit outside on a bench right in front of the facility. The apartments are modern. The breakfast was very good with lots of options of breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, had orange juice and coffee.

  You can stop looking for that perfect place to stay in Barcelona, because this is it. It's in the PERFECT location - near amazing restaurants, boutique shops, shopping - and is very safe. We were 2 women travelling alone, and had no problem walking in this area late at night. The rooms are modern, clean, and lovely. The staff went out of their way to help you and offer advice to make your stay as comfortable as - Very friendly and nice staff that takes all the time to explain the city, where to go, etc. The hotel and the rooms have a nice design. The rooms are big for Barcelona standards and comfortable to stay in. The bathroom has a nice shower. And best of all, the nice breakfast is included in the price.
