We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.) Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.

sagrada familia, passeing gracia, and la rambla. 4 adults in a 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom apt made our stay week long stay comfortable. Apt unit
had a/c and heat which was nice. Having a full kitchen helped our
budget by eating in breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner. Having a
working lift made staying in the top floor a must. Beautiful views of

Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Staff helpfull and friendlly, clean and amazing appartment.
Mind that it's an appartment is not a hotel, you can prepare your meal and cooking. It's possible to save money with street food, nice place and new, well decorated, the kitchen devices it's pretty good. Wi Fi works very good. It's close Plaza Catalunya, near the transportations. Amazing
