  The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

  Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly. We were there for 8 nights. - Location: Only two blocks away from Sagrada Familia (The top of one tower is visible from the balcony.) 15 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia station (trains to Girona and Tarragona) - Equipment: Aircondition, Ceramic Glass Cooktop, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Tableware, Fridge,... what people say » Washing Machine, Iron + Board, Free fast WiFi ... everything new and in very good condition - Cleanliness: The appartment was clean when we arrived. - The location is very good, the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The internet has always worked well. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and attentive. On the day we arrived to check in early and stored in the bags at the site where they will get the key. Recommend this apartment.
