Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are bright, decently sized and everything works unlike some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. Fast Wi fi connection. Would definitely stay here again. -

The location is superb (if a little hard to find down a side street). Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to do everything to make our stay perfect. Was concerned a "hostal" might not be up to scratch but it was like any other 3 star accommodation. Room was large with fairly new ensuite and very comfy beds. There was nothing we didn't like and would definitely stay again.

The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.
